ONE MONTH
COACHING CONTAINER

  • You’ll start with a short intake form to get you out of autopilot and into intention by getting clear on where you’re heading and what you want to have tangibly achieved by the end of the month. It will surface your priorities, patterns and non-negotiables, so we start our first session already knowing what we’re building toward and hit the ground running during our time together.

  • Two private coaching calls on Google Meet where we zoom in on your progress towards your goals, your biggest bottlenecks and make actual decisions on how to get there. We’ll brainstorm ideas, map the strategy and work through the mindset stuff that normally makes you hesitate, so you leave each call knowing exactly what you’re doing next and why.​

  • Within 24 hours, you get a written rundown of what we covered – a simple summary of the strategy we set, the thoughts that need to shift so that strategy can actually stick, and the exact steps to take next, so your brain and your business are working in the same direction.

  • You'll have direct text and voice note access to get support as you go between calls. This is where we work through resistance in real time, refine the plan on the fly, and keep you moving on the business-building work that actually grows a flower business - like tightening your wedding and event minimums, rewriting your enquiry replies so they lead to consults, following up on open quotes, cleaning up your Instagram so it sells instead of just looking pretty, and more - instead of letting it all slide to 'next week' again."

  • Both calls are recorded, so you can re‑listen to the coaching and strategy whenever you need a reset, a confidence boost, or a reminder of the standard you set for yourself this month.

I spent five years at Google across London, Singapore, and Melbourne. Great career on paper. But when it ended, I knew I didn't want another corporate job - I wanted to build something of my own. So I followed a long-time passion for creativity and started a wedding and event floral design business from scratch.

I had no client list. No portfolio. No industry contacts. I'd never sent an enquiry response, written a quote, designed an installation, or run a wedding install in my life. I was starting from absolute zero, in an industry I had no business being in, while every other florist around me had been building their eye and network for years.

FAQs

  • Yes. You must:

    1. Be following @bree.florist.coach on Instagram.

    2. Complete the entry form in full.

    3. Be a florist or floral designer.

    4. Consent to receiving emails from me during the promotional period.

    5. Be willing to claim the prize within 14 days if you win.

    6. Be 18 or over and entering for yourself.

    7. Be available to start your first coaching call within 1 month of winning.

    8. Agree to provide a testimonial at the end.

  • A few things:

    1. Respond to my email within 14 days to claim

    2. Provide proof of ID, age, and your Instagram following (just to verify)

    3. Schedule your first coaching call within 1 month of being notified.

    4. All coaching needs to be completed within 3 months of that first call.

    5. Share a written or video testimonial at the end.

    If you don't respond within 14 days or can't meet these conditions, the prize rolls to another entrant.

  • A coaching container is just the structure we commit to for a set period of time – in this case, one month of you, me, two calls, WhatsApp support and clear goals. You’re still the one doing the work in your business, but the container holds the plan, the support and the accountability so you’re not trying to figure it all out (and stick to it) on your own anymore.​

  • You don’t need to have done coaching before for this to work. The intake form, calls structure and WhatsApp support are all designed to guide you step by step, so you’re not expected to “know what to say” - you just show up honestly and be willing to try something different to what you’ve always done.​

  • You don’t need empty days in your calendar for this to work. The point of this container is that instead of spending hours trying to figure things out alone, you bring your questions, decisions and drafts into this space and we work through them together. All the time you’d usually lose to Googling, doom scrolling FlowerTok and second‑guessing gets traded for direct answers and clear next steps, so your business moves forward at a faster pace than if you were doing this solo.

  • That fear is usually a sign you’ve tried to do it on your own before. In this container, you’re not relying on willpower and vibes - you’ve got clear blueprints, daily check‑ins available, and someone calling you back to what you said you wanted, so following through becomes expected, not exceptional.

  • Your WhatsApp support kicks in after your first session and action blueprint. That way, you’re messaging with a clear plan in place so every question is tied to what you’re actively working on, not pre‑plan chit chat.

  • If, after the month together, you realise you want someone in your corner in the longer term, you’ve got options. But that decision happens after you've honoured this commitment, not before.
