1. Competition Key Details
1.1 Promoter: This Competition is run by Bree Michaelas Coaching (ABN 58 650 575 961) (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “Promoter”).
1.2 Competition Name: 34 Days of Support — Birthday Celebration Giveaway.
1.3 Competition Location: Victoria, Australia.
1.4 Promotional Period: 19 May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST – 26 May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST.
1.5 Early Access Window (Close Friends only): From the date of publication of these terms until 19 May 2026 at 11:59am AEST.
1.6 Promotion Type: This Competition is classified as a ‘game of chance’ and not a ‘game of skill’.
1.7 Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be chosen at random from a pool of all valid entries.
1.8 Prize: One (1) winner will receive 34 Days of Support, which includes:
Two (2) x 60-minute private coaching calls via Google Meet
Thirty-four (34) days of WhatsApp text and voice note support (30 days standard plus 4 bonus days)
Two (2) x written action blueprints delivered after each call (strategy, mindset, and next steps)
Full call recordings for both coaching sessions
Total prize value: AU$1,500 (Australian Dollars).
1.9 Winner Notification: Winner selection will take place on 27 May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST. The winner will be notified on 27 May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST via email and announced on the Promoter’s Instagram account by tagging their Instagram handle.

2. Promoter Details
2.1 This Competition is run by Bree Michaelas Coaching (ABN 58 650 575 961) (referred to in these terms as “we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Promoter”).

3. Competition Terms
3.1 Please take the time to read the terms that apply to your participation in the Competition. Your entry constitutes acceptance of these terms.
3.2 All instructions and other information published on our website or social media platforms in connection with this Competition will form part of these terms.
3.3 These terms are available at www.breemcoaching.com.au/birthdaygiveawaytc and may be updated from time to time. The version published on that URL at the time of entry will apply to that entry.
4. Promotional Period
4.1 The standard Promotional Period runs from 19 May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST until 26 May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST.
4.2 An Early Access Window is available to eligible Close Friends participants prior to the standard Promotional Period, as set out in clause 6.10.
4.3 After 26 May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST, no further entries will be permitted, and we take no responsibility for late, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries.
5. Eligibility
5.1 Entry is open to English-speaking florists and floral designers worldwide who are over the age of 18 at the time of entry.
5.2 The following persons are not eligible to enter:
(a) employees, contractors, management, or directors of the Promoter’s business;
(b) immediate family members of any of the persons listed in clause 5.2(a); and
(c) any person otherwise directly associated with the Promoter’s business.
5.3 Entry is restricted to individuals working in, or building, a wedding and event floristry business. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entry that does not meet these criteria.
5.4 By entering, you warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in this clause.
6. Entry
6.1 Standard Entry. To enter the Competition, an Eligible Participant must, during the Promotional Period:
(a) Follow the Promoter’s Instagram account @bree.florist.coach; and
(b) Complete the official entry form at www.breemcoaching.com.au/birthdaygiveaway, providing the Participant’s first name, last name, email address, and Instagram handle.
6.2 Each Eligible Participant may submit one (1) Standard Entry only during the Promotional Period.
6.3 By submitting the entry form, the Eligible Participant:
(a) consents to receive marketing communications from the Promoter, including but not limited to email newsletters, promotional offers, and updates relating to the Competition;
(b) agrees not to opt out of marketing communications during the Promotional Period; and
(c) accepts these Competition Terms and Conditions, available at www.breemcoaching.com.au/birthdaygiveawaytc.
6.4 Following Requirement. The Eligible Participant must follow @bree.florist.coach on Instagram at the time of entry AND at the time of the Winner Selection (27 May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST). If the Eligible Participant is not following the Promoter’s Instagram account at the time of Winner Selection, their entry will be deemed invalid, regardless of whether they were following at the time of entry.
6.5 Valid Entry. An entry is only valid if it:
(a) is submitted through the official entry form;
(b) is complete and contains accurate information;
(c) meets the eligibility criteria in clause 5;
(d) complies with the Following Requirement in clause 6.4; and
(e )is submitted within the applicable entry window.
6.6 If you do not follow the entry process correctly, or if we determine in our reasonable discretion that your entry is invalid, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate, your entry will be considered void.
6.7 It is a condition of entry that all Eligible Participants consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter and not opt out during the Promotional Period.
6.8 Maximum Entries. Each Eligible Participant may receive a maximum of two (2) entries into the Competition, calculated as follows:
(a) one (1) Standard Entry under clause 6.1; plus
(b) one (1) Early Access Bonus Entry under clause 6.10 (if eligible).
6.9 Any subsequent or duplicate entries by the same person beyond those permitted in clause 6.8 will be deemed invalid.
6.10 Early Access Bonus Entry for Close Friends:
6.10.1 Eligible Participants who are members of the Promoter’s Instagram “Close Friends” list AND who submit a complete entry via the official entry form prior to 19 May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST will be awarded one (1) Early Access Bonus Entry into the Competition.
6.10.2 The Early Access Bonus Entry is in addition to, and does not replace, the Standard Entry available to all Eligible Participants during the Promotional Period (19 May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST – 26 May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST).
6.10.3 To receive both the Early Access Bonus Entry and a Standard Entry, the Eligible Participant must:
(a )submit a complete and valid entry form during the Early Access Window (prior to 19 May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST); AND
(b) submit a separate complete and valid entry form during the standard Promotional Period (19 May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST – 26 May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST).
6.10.4 The Early Access Bonus Entry is only available to Eligible Participants who:
(a) are following @bree.florist.coach on Instagram;
(b) are active members of the Promoter’s Instagram “Close Friends” list at the time of submitting their early access entry; and
(c) meet all other eligibility criteria set out in clause 5.
6.10.5 Close Friends status is verified manually by the Promoter at the time of entry. The Promoter’s determination of Close Friends status is final. Changes to the Promoter’s Close Friends list after submission do not affect the validity of the Early Access Bonus Entry.
6.10.6 If a Participant submits an entry during the Early Access Window but is not, in the Promoter’s reasonable determination, a member of the Close Friends list, the Promoter reserves the right to either: (a) treat the entry as a Standard Entry only (where the Promotional Period has commenced); or (b) void the entry (where the Promotional Period has not yet commenced).
6.11 We reserve the right to amend these Competition Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the Eligible Participant to ensure that they are aware of the latest version of these terms, available at www.breemcoaching.com.au/birthdaygiveawaytc.
6.12 You understand and acknowledge that we may disqualify an Eligible Participant or cancel the Competition at our discretion, subject to any applicable law.
6.13 You acknowledge that the outcome of the Competition is final and the Promoter will not enter into any communication regarding the administration, rules, or results of the Competition.
7. Prize
7.1 Winner selection will take place on 27 May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST and will be determined by random draw from the pool of all valid entries.
7.2 The Winner will receive 34 Days of Support, which includes:
Two (2) x 60-minute private coaching calls via Google Meet;
Thirty-four (34) days of WhatsApp text and voice note support (30 days standard plus 4 bonus days);
Two (2) x written action blueprints delivered after each coaching call (strategy, mindset, and next steps); and
Full call recordings for both coaching sessions, provided to the Winner to keep.
7.3 Total prize value: AU$1,500 (Australian Dollars).
7.4 The coaching support is specifically designed for florists and floral designers building or scaling their wedding and event floristry businesses.
7.5 The prize is awarded as a single, non-divisible package. The Winner cannot accept parts of the prize and decline others.
8. Winner Selection and Notification
8.1 Winner selection will take place on 27 May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST.
8.2 The Winner will be notified on 27 May 2026 at 12:00pm AEST via email and announced on the Promoter’s Instagram account, with the Winner’s Instagram handle tagged.
8.3 It is the responsibility of the Winner to monitor their email inbox (including spam and junk folders) for the winner notification email.
8.4 You acknowledge that our decision is final and we will not enter into any communication regarding the administration, rules, or results of the Competition, including but not limited to any decision made in relation to eligibility or winner verification.
9. Winner Responses, Unclaimed or Forfeited Prizes
9.1 Prior to awarding the prize, the Promoter may request that the Winner provide:
(a) proof of identity;
(b) proof of age;
(c) proof of Instagram following of @bree.florist.coach; and
(d) any other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
9.2 If the Winner does not provide the requested proof within fourteen (14) days of being notified, or does not accept the prize within that timeframe, they may be deemed to have forfeited their entitlement to the prize.
9.3 In the circumstances outlined in clause 9.2, we reserve the right to reallocate the prize to another eligible entrant by way of a redraw.
9.4 By participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that if you are the Winner, you:
9.4.1 consent to the Promoter using your name, likeness, image, voice, and entry in any marketing and promotion of the Competition or the Promoter’s business;
9.4.2 agree that the prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash;
9.4.3 agree to schedule the first coaching session within one (1) month of being notified as the Winner, and to complete all coaching sessions within three (3) months of the first session;
9.4.4 agree to provide a written and/or video testimonial about your experience upon completion of the 34 Days of Support program;
9.4.5 agree to provide proof of Instagram following of @bree.florist.coach; and
9.4.6 understand that if the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with another prize of the same or similar value or specification as the original prize.
10. Prize Exclusions
10.1 The following exclusions apply to the prize:
10.1.1 the Winner is solely responsible for payment of any applicable taxes, fees, and other assessments on the prize, and for reporting any prize to the appropriate taxing authority for tax purposes, as required by law;
10.1.2 the prize does not include any services, products, or support beyond what is explicitly listed under clause 7;
10.1.3 coaching sessions must be scheduled within one (1) month of winner notification and completed within three (3) months of the first coaching session;
10.1.4 the 34 days of WhatsApp support begins on the date of the first coaching call and runs consecutively, with no banking or carry-over of unused days;
10.1.5 WhatsApp support is provided during the Promoter’s standard business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm AEST). Responses outside these hours are not guaranteed; and
10.1.6 the Promoter is not responsible for any costs the Winner may incur in claiming or using the prize, including but not limited to internet access, telecommunications, or hardware required for Google Meet or WhatsApp.
11. Disclaimer
11.1 The Promoter does not guarantee results, income, or business outcomes from participation in the 34 Days of Support program. The Winner’s success depends on their own effort, commitment, and individual circumstances.
11.2 Nothing in the 34 Days of Support program should be construed as financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice.
11.3 The Winner is encouraged to consult with a qualified professional regarding their unique situation before making any financial or business decisions.

12. Permit
12.1 Where the Competition is a game of chance, the Promoter will operate it in accordance with the relevant State and/or Territory laws.
12.2 No permit is required for this Competition as per the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission, on the basis that the total prize value does not exceed the prescribed threshold under Victorian law.
13. Prize Conditions
13.1 By participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that, in order to claim the prize, you will need to respond to us via return email within fourteen (14) days of being notified as the Winner and provide all information reasonably requested by the Promoter to facilitate delivery of the prize.
13.2 You accept and agree that the prize is not transferable or exchangeable, cannot be taken as cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.
13.3 If, due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the prize or any part thereof is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to award a prize of equivalent value and specification as the original prize.
13.4 You consent to the Promoter using your name, likeness, image, voice, and entry in any marketing and promotion of the Competition or the Promoter’s business.
13.5 As a condition of receiving the prize, the Winner agrees to provide a written and/or video testimonial about their experience with the 34 Days of Support program upon completion.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
14.1 By participating in this Competition and submitting any user-generated content (including but not limited to photos, videos, written entries, Instagram Story shares, comments, or testimonials), Participants grant to the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display the content for the purposes of the Competition, related promotional materials, marketing activities, and future promotions.
14.2 Participants represent and warrant that they are the rightful owners of any submitted user-generated content, or have obtained all necessary permissions, licences, and consents from the relevant rights holders.
14.3 Participants further confirm that their content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other proprietary rights.
14.4 If the Promoter becomes aware of, or reasonably believes there has been a breach of any warranty contained in these terms, the Promoter may deem the prize winner ineligible.
14.5 Participants retain their ownership rights to the user-generated content submitted, subject to the licence granted in clause 14.1. The Promoter has no obligation to display or use such content beyond the purposes of the Competition.
14.6 Participants understand and agree that the Promoter may attribute their name or social media handle alongside their user-generated content when used in relation to the Competition or promotional materials.
14.7 The Promoter reserves the right to remove or disqualify any user-generated content that violates intellectual property rights, is deemed inappropriate, or does not comply with these Competition Terms and Conditions.
14.8 In the circumstances outlined in clause 14.7, the Participant may be disqualified from the Competition without prior notice.
14.9 Participants acknowledge that the Promoter assumes no responsibility for any unauthorised use or infringement of third-party intellectual property rights resulting from the submission or use of user-generated content.
15. Privacy and Marketing Consent
15.1 All personal information is handled in accordance with these conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at www.breemcoaching.com.au/privacy-policy.
15.2 As a condition of participation in the Competition, the Promoter may collect personal information to enable it to manage, administer, and promote the Competition and, where applicable, announce and publicise the Winner’s details.
15.3 Personal information may also be provided to persons assisting the Promoter, including marketing agencies, media outlets, and related businesses, for the purposes of carrying out future promotional campaigns and providing information about the Promoter’s products and services. By participating, you consent to these uses and disclosures of your personal information.
15.4 On entry, you also consent to the retention of your personal information for the Promoter’s use from time to time, to inform you about news, offers, products, and services that may be of interest, through any medium.
15.5 You acknowledge that the Promoter may collect and disclose your information to third parties that provide data analysis and matching services, as well as general marketing services.
15.6 It is a condition of entry that all Eligible Participants consent to receiving marketing communications from the Promoter and not opt out during the Promotional Period.
15.7 After the Promotional Period, you may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
15.8 By participating in the Competition, you acknowledge that if you are the Winner, you consent to the Promoter using your name, likeness, image, voice, and entry in any marketing and promotion of the Competition or the Promoter’s business.
16. Limitation of Liability
16.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Promoter, any of its subsidiaries, or any of their shareholders, directors, officers, employees, or licensors be responsible for any losses or expenses, however arising, including without limitation any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of use; loss of data; loss caused by a virus; loss of income or profit (whether actual or projected); loss or damage to property; claims of third parties; or other losses of any kind or character arising from or in connection with your entry into the Competition and/or the prize.
16.2 The Promoter’s liability for any breach of a condition or warranty under these terms is limited to the extent provided for by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).
16.3 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter does not accept any responsibility, and is not liable, for:
16.3.1 any additional conditions imposed by third party service providers on the taking of the prize, or the breach of those conditions by any person and the consequences which may follow; or
16.3.2 any element of the prize which is cancelled or delayed, or where the location is changed (if applicable), or any other occurrence which is out of the Promoter’s reasonable control.
16.4 The Promoter shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of any part of the Competition due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, governmental actions, pandemics, labour strikes, and unforeseen events (“Force Majeure”).
16.5 In the occurrence of such Force Majeure events, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Competition as necessary, while making all reasonable efforts to minimise the impact on participants.
16.6 The Promoter acknowledges that technical issues, including but not limited to software malfunctions, hardware failures, internet disruptions, or other electronic or technical problems (“Technical Issues”), may occur.
16.7 While the Promoter commits to taking reasonable steps to prevent and address such Technical Issues, it shall not be held liable for any impact these issues may have on the entry, execution, or outcome of the Competition.
16.8 In the event of significant Technical Issues, the Promoter reserves the right to extend entry periods, postpone or modify elements of the Competition, or take other appropriate measures to ensure the fairness and integrity of the Competition.
16.9 In both Force Majeure and Technical Issues scenarios, the Promoter will communicate any changes or impacts to the Competition to participants as soon as practicable, through the same channels used to promote the Competition or through direct communication to affected parties.
16.10 Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, the Promoter (including its officers, affiliated companies, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of or connected to the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions.
16.11Eligible Participants agree that the Promoter will not be liable for any injury or damage, however caused, associated with or in connection with the Promotion or the prize.
17. Social Platforms
17.1 The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., or Facebook (the “Platforms”).
17.2 You agree to release the Platforms from any liability, all claims, and demands arising out of, or in connection with, your participation in this Competition or the prize offered.
17.3 You further agree to abide by any rules or guidelines stipulated by the Platforms relating to the use of the Platforms and your participation in any competition.
18. Severability
18.1 If any term or provision of these terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, such provision will be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish the objectives of the original provision to the fullest extent allowed by law.
18.2 The remaining provisions of these terms will remain in full force and effect.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
19.1 All terms shall be construed in accordance with and governed in all respects by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
19.2 In relation to any dispute, we ask that you contact us in the first instance so that both parties can, acting in good faith, resolve the dispute to mutual satisfaction as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
19.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
