You’ll start with a short intake form to get you out of autopilot and into intention by getting clear on where you’re heading and what you want to have tangibly achieved by the end of the month. It will surface your priorities, patterns and non‑negotiables, so we start our first session already knowing what we’re building toward and hit the ground running during our time together.

Two private coaching calls on Google Meet where we zoom in on your progress towards your goals, your biggest bottlenecks and make actual decisions on how to get there. We’ll brainstorm ideas, map the strategy and work through the mindset stuff that normally makes you hesitate, so you leave each call knowing exactly what you’re doing next and why.

Within 24 hours, you get a written rundown of what we covered – a simple summary of the strategy we set, the thoughts that need to shift so that strategy can actually stick, and the exact steps to take next, so your brain and your business are working in the same direction.

You’ll have direct text and voice note access to run things past me as you go between calls - enquiry replies, pricing tweaks, awkward client situations, “does this caption land?” moments. This is where we catch moments of resistance in real time, adjust the plan, and keep you doing the business‑building work that actually grows a flower business - like tightening your wedding and event minimums, rewriting your enquiry replies so they lead to consults, following up on open quotes, cleaning up your Instagram so it sells instead of just looking pretty, and more - instead of letting it all slide to “next week” again.

A coaching container is just the structure we commit to for a set period of time – in this case, one month of you, me, two calls, WhatsApp support and clear goals. You’re still the one doing the work in your business, but the container holds the plan, the support and the accountability so you’re not trying to figure it all out (and stick to it) on your own anymore.

You don’t need to have done coaching before for this to work. The intake form, calls structure and WhatsApp support are all designed to guide you step by step, so you’re not expected to “know what to say” - you just show up honestly and be willing to try something different to what you’ve always done.

The point of this container is that instead of spending hours trying to figure things out alone, you bring your questions, decisions and drafts into this space and we work through them fast.
